Rules of consigning:

All art works consigned should be in concurrence with the Artist Profile list, which is listed on our website.

Works of art that have been in prior auctions will only be taken into the ECA auction after a cool down period of 5 years.

For artists born prior to 1950, the work should be not less than 3 years old.

For artists born in or after 1950, the work should not be less than 1 years old.

ECA will take the authenticity and provenance of the work from the consigner.

A reserved price is agreeded upon by the consigner and auction house. An agreement will be signed between the two and the 'property' will not be sold below the reserved price.

On the sale of the property a seller's commission and applicable taxes are deducted before payment is made to the seller.
