Authenticity Guarantee

The owners (the "Owners") of all items (the "Properties") that are put up for auction by ECA (the "Auction") have authorized ECA to sell their Properties on their behalf. These Owners are the lawful owners of the Properties and have given a declaration to that effect to ECA. Apart from that, ECA has also satisfied itself about the authenticity of the description of all the Properties being put up for Auction by getting them verified from its own panel of experts (the "Experts"). ECA will give a certificate to that effect to the successful bidders (the "Buyer").
