TERMINATION AND ACCESS RESTRICTION ECA reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate access to the Site or any of the Linked Sites and the related services or any portion thereof at any time, without notice.   GENERAL The Terms will be governed by the laws of India and the Users by the dent of using the Site will be deemed to have consented to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts within the jurisdiction of which the registered office of ECA will be situate at any given point of time for resolving all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the Site. Use of the Site is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of the Terms including without limitation this paragraph. The Users are deemed to agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship is created between the Users and ECA by using the Site. If any part of the Term is deemed to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law including, but not limited to, the warranties, disclaimers and/or liability limitations set out herein, then the invalid or unenforceable provisions will be deemed to supersede by the valid and enforceable provisions that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the Term shall continue to be in effect. This Terms constitutes the entire conditions for using the Site and Linked Sites by all Users and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and/or proposals whether electronic, oral or written between the Users and ECA with respect to the Site and the Linked Sites. A printed version of this Terms and of any notice given in electronic form shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings relating to this Terms to the same extent and subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form.   COPYRIGHT AND TRADEMARK NOTICES All contents of the Site Sites are copyright protected in favour of ECA and/or its suppliers. All trademarks, names, brandnames, etc. used on the Site are either trademarks or registered trademarks of ECA or its associated companies. Any rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.    PAYMENTS All Users of the Site will be deemed to have agreed to abide by all the provisions prescribed in the order forms submitted by the Users for the purchase of any artworks from the Site. In particular, the Users will be deemed to have warrant that all information that they submit will be true, correct and accurate including, without limitation, credit card numbers and their expiration dates, and that they further agree to pay all charges together with all applicable taxes for the purchases made by them.
